Established in 1992 as a result of the restructuring of a privately owned company named Elek-tronika Brozovi?, Cestel has played a crucial role as a technology intervention in the road engineering business ever since 1978, when the then Yugoslavia, the country of its origin, witnessed the introduction of automatic traffic counters. Coming a long way since then, Cestel now builds, installs and also maintain and service SBH-2000 traffic counters. It is also a leading developer of software for data transfer and processing.

Renowned globally as a manufacturer of weighing scales, Esit Electronics started in 1980 as an engineering company in Turkey. Within seven years it was already building weighing scales, becoming two the first company in the world to build the first weighing indicator from scratch. In 1989 it pioneered first load cell and in 1991 the first automated weighing system. In 1996 it made the first digital load cell and four years later the first ever mobile vehicle scale.
